It won't have been necessary for us to pour out comments on the incident that transpired at the SSRC sitting held yesterday, 23rd January 2015, but having watched and listened to accusations and counter accusations from various angles, groups and generality of NASSITE, we deemed it more than necessary to make our stand known to the public.
Having said that, we wish to inform you that the CEC of Nigerian Association of Microbiology Students (NAMS), Ekiti State University Chapter have decided and made the following resolutions;
-That we strongly condemn the crisis that erupted at the said sitting,
-That we are committed and determined to defending and protecting the welfare of our constituents,
-That Students of Microbiology Department are law abiding and were not in any way fingered in the cause of the crisis in the said sitting,
-That we are obedient to and will always do our part to protect and defend the constitution of NASS.
We hereby enjoin all worrying factions to embrace peace and unite to end the crisis. Violence won't take us anywhere, but love, understanding and increased relationship would take us everywhere.
